 Precinct Street and Park is a 100% Australian owned manufacturer and builder of outdoor community facilities such as park shelters and table settings. We’ve been operating out of Waverley Drive, Unanderra for 28 years. In 1989 we started serving the people of the Illawarra under the name All Parks Equipment. In 1995 we rebranded ourselves to Moduplay as it better suited the core business. In the same year, we also expanded the factory to help cope with demand (photo below). It was a year of big changes and we focused on our core principles -that is to design, manufacture, install and service play area products for places where children and families gather. In 2010 we restructured the business to allow the different areas of expertise to flourish and grow. The Company has now become The Moduplay Group of companies comprising Moduplay and Precinct Street & Park, offering our clients a full-service company for a larger range of products that are used in the creation of outdoor community recreation space. In 2017 we are pleased to announce the launch of our new website allowing our clients to access a much greater range of engineered shelters and beautifully designed, Australian made, park furniture. Through the hard work of the entire team at Precinct Street and Park, we have produced something that we greatly look forward to sharing with our wide customer base.
